MISHA COLLINS TO GUEST-STAR ON RINGER

The details of his role seem to be good, he looks to be a critical aspect of the story between Bridget and Siobhan, so I'm hoping that his role is recurring rather than just a one-episode kind of deal. But regardless, I'm incredibly happy that he's getting other roles and is back in the auditioning circuit. This makes me hope that he'll be getting other guest-starring roles, like for instance I want Misha to make an appearance on Nikita, or perhaps The Vampire Diaries. I am still crossing my fingers for the possibility of Doctor Who.....

Essentially, I just want Misha to become the next Mark Sheppard. ^_^

I haven't yet.

I wonder though, why couldn't they deal with the angel/Heaven storyline considering that is a huge chunk of the mythology of the entire universe. And doesn't anime really enjoy those kinds of storylines anyway? I would love to see their rendition of S4 and some of S5 (perhaps they can have the proper ending for the series!) Granted, I'm biased, the show only got exciting for me once the angel storyline was introduced and I would love to see their version of the angels.

Of course, this is if they are ever intended on doing the rest of the series. I'm sure once they were licensed they were only told to do the generic S1 and S2 stories.

Yeah, I guess Season 3 and 4 were still good and introduced some important ideas and characters. It was starting with Season 5 that I couldn't watch.

Seasons 1 and 2 had the most basic concept of the series. They may not have planned to do more, or it may have relied on ratings.

I made a post on my journal advertising and recommending the anime series recently, did you see?

I think S5 started off strongly enough given the build up of the mythology they had, but fell apart midway.

If the anime were to do an extension of what they already did, they should definitely focus on the mythology introduced in S4 more than anything else, with minor (a.k.a. the non-faily) parts of S5 to be their final conclusion to the anime series. Those are just my thoughts, anyway. Granted since they add their own spin to the stories perhaps they could make it even better than how they actual show did it, lol.

Perhaps so. I wouldn't say it was better than the live action Season 1 & 2, but they did distill them and add more fun, and it was better than the live action Seasons 5-7.
