Date: 2009-03-28 12:16 am (UTC)I totally agree, Joss knows how to make girls badass and kickass like no other, even with a show like Dollhouse that deals with a lot of sensitive stuff like degrading of human beings and lacking in freedom, he still manages to pull the girls kicking ass and taking names bits. I love that aspect of the show, and of him and the messages he's bringing out all in one. Lovelovelove.
I was worried that Mellie would get killed off. Joss is notorious for doing that to characters we empathize or at least like from time to time, but it was an interesting twist in the end.
