Alphas, Omegas, Betas, and Enigmas!

rogueslayer452We have a 10-minute length trailer for Desire, or also known as ABO Desire, which is, yes, a Chinese Omegaverse drama which will be premiering on July 12th.
First of all, the fact that we're getting another Omegaverse drama makes me incredibly happy, but what's more is that this appears to go even harder and much further into the A/B/O dynamics. Just from the opening of the trailer alone had me excited, and the more it went on the further that excitement grew. It looks like such a complicated workplace plot, with scheming and delectably dubious power imbalance dynamics, which this based in an Omegaverse universe just adds more to the complexity of the character and relationship dramas. I mean, we're getting all of the goodies! ALPHA AND OMEGA PAIRINGS! AN ENIGMA! AN OMEGA HIDING AS A BETA THROUGH SUPPRESSANTS! POSSESSIVE ALPHAS! SCENTING! MARKING! MPREG! THE PHEROMONES AND POWERS (beautifully visualized with the special effects)! Seriously, this looks like some beautiful fever dream that I didn't know I wanted, or needed. Well, no, that's a lie, I definitely wanted this, it's just surreal seeing it with my own eyes. Like, with Pit Babe they are in a universe with Alphas and Enigmas and there are special powers that comes with Enigmas and the possibility of mpreg happening (hence the human trafficking ring and planning on getting Babe pregnant and selling his baby to the highest bidder), but this is just on another level.
Which isn't to say one will be better than the other, all Omegaverse stories are different with their world-building and story focus. One is with auto racing, the other a workplace drama. And I'm happy that both exist. Pit Babe was just the beginning, now we're going full-fledged Omegaverse with Desire and I'm all in.
Needless to say, I was already looking forward to seeing this drama and then this trailer just furthered my excitement. I'm absolutely seated for this one.
