In a way it sucks that it was a parody/AI song and video, I think Eminem would absolutely go hard on something like this since he's done it before since he gives no fucks.

I think he's calmed down with that, honestly. I've been a fan of his for a long time, since his debut, and yeah those views were uncomfortable and never sat right with me, however I think he's chilled out and matured quite a bit since his early days.

To think that American Idiot was released in 2004 and 21 years later it's actually worse (or different? Not sure, it appears to be much worse from across the pond).

I think it's both different and worse. It's different since the Bush administration did a lot of damage which we're seeing now just at a faster rate. It's also louder, too, given the presence of social media has now. However, it's also worse because we're seeing the rise of fascism on such an alarming scale. It's just overall bad no matter what.
