Date: 2018-04-01 11:52 pm (UTC)My favorite female character: Sierra/Priya Tsetsang, Echo
My favorite male character: Victor
My favorite book/season/etc: I actually really enjoy both seasons the same? I know that the second season had a lot rushed and we didn't get a chance to explore certain storylines and plots that we were meant to, but it featured some fascinating character arcs, particularly for Sierra/Priya.
My favorite episode: "Man On The Street", "Needs", "Belonging", "Epitaph One", and "Epitaph Two"
My favorite cast member: Eliza Dushku, Dichen Lachman, Enver Gjokaj, Alan Tudyk, and Tahmoh Penikett
My favorite ship: Sierra/Victor
A character I’d die defending: Echo.
A character I just can’t sympathize with: Most of everyone involved with Rossum.
A character I grew to love: Topher. His character development really caught me off-guard, it was such a pleasant surprise but also heartbreaking considering the series finale.
My anti otp: Paul/Echo.

Date: 2018-04-02 12:10 am (UTC)My favorite female character: Lorelai Gilmore
My favorite male character: Luke, Richard Gilmore
My favorite book/season/etc: The earlier seasons, between seasons one and four.
My favorite episode: The thing with Gilmore Girls is that I don't think I have favorite episodes. There are episodes that I don't particularly care for because whatever is happening in the storyline that I would rather bypass, but in terms of favorites I don't have any. The show is kind of that comfort food, y'know? You can marathon it and watch/listen in the background and it doesn't matter what episode it is it is comforting due to the nature of how the show is, if that makes any sense. This is a long-winded answer just to say, "I don't know", lol.
My favorite cast member: Lauren Graham
My favorite ship: Luke/Lorelai
A character I’d die defending: Lorelai. She is a deeply flawed person and has made decisions that I don't entirely agree with throughout the seasons (probably due to the writing on the show more than anything else), but the bashing some people do towards her character because of this is just downright ridiculous and rude.
A character I just can’t sympathize with: Christopher. Every time he appears he just irritates me.
A character I grew to love: Emily Gilmore. She is probably the best example of character development and, while there are still times where she says or does something that is so unbelievably dense or makes you think what was she thinking, I grew to love her throughout the show. Also? I love how sassy she can be.
My anti otp: Lorelai/Christopher, any of Rory's boyfriends to be honest. I never liked any of them.

Date: 2018-04-02 01:37 am (UTC)My favorite female character: Veronica Mars, Mac
My favorite male character: Weevil, Keith Mars
My favorite book/season/etc: Season one, without a doubt. It is by far the best season the show has, imho, and probably the only one I legitimately enjoyed from beginning to end.
My favorite episode: "Betty and Veronica", "An Echolls Family Christmas", and "Mars vs. Mars" Though really, you can say any episode from the first season because that season was pure gold.
My favorite cast member: Kristen Bell, Enrico Colantoni, Francis Capra, Tessa Thompson
My favorite ship: Veronica/Weevil
A character I’d die defending: Hannah. People were brutal towards her character when she appeared in the second season, and it was totally unfair because she did nothing wrong. Jackie as well, granted the writing for her character wasn't exactly the best it could've been, they kind of went all over the place, but she also wasn't well-received during the time of the second season. Meg is a character I really loved, though S2 kind of ruined bits of her character, I still felt like she got an unfair kind of treatment both from the show and the fandom. And lastly, Duncan. I felt that, due to shipping wars, the fandom ended up hating on Duncan so much that they ended up hating on the actor himself because of it (I remember the event where the audience booed when he came appeared on the stage, that was disgusting).
A character I just can’t sympathize with: Logan Echolls, Veronica's mother
A character I grew to love: IDK...
My anti otp: Logan/Veronica. I like the build in S1, but it was immediately ruined by the constant on-again/off-again drama in the following seasons, and ruined further by the shipping wars in fandom.
