PRETTY LITTLE LIARS

My favorite female character: Spencer Hastings
My favorite male character: Caleb
My favorite book/season/etc: I would have to say the earlier seasons were probably my favorite, because there was a lot of suspense that was building before it all became too convoluted and retconned the shit.
My favorite episode: That is very hard, I can't even remember much of the episodes and what occurred when. I will say though that some of the earlier seasons had very high tension and scary moments that legitimately freaked me out, and in the later seasons I would say the episodes with the girls in dollhouse that really stuck out to me. That was well done.
My favorite cast member: Troian Bellisario
My favorite ship: Hanna/Caleb, Emily/Alison
A character I’d die defending: Alison DiLaurentis. I understand why people wouldn't want to like Alison, but throughout the show we see more sides to her and once she returns there is a sense of remorse and redemption that she goes through. True, she still has flaws, but so do most of the characters on this show, which is why I will defend Alison from those who try to use her past actions against her. Mona Vanderwaal, as well, because despite everything she really tried to make amends and help the Liars but they never gave her an inch which irritated me so much.
A character I just can’t sympathize with: Paige, Ezra, Sara Harvey, most of the creepy men featured on the show
A character I grew to love: Alison. Obviously, at the start of the series you knew that she was someone who bullied others before she went missing and was supposedly dead, but over the course of the series we learned a lot more about who Alison actually was and what really happened, and even once realizing that she was alive, we saw a completely different side to her. Her character underwent a lot of growth and development, and she fascinated me so much that I grew to love her more and more. I just really love these types of character arcs, to be honest, especially with characters we only got to see one side of instead of all facets of who they are as individuals. Mona was another character that I grew to love, too. I liked her before the reveal of her involved with "A", but she was a character that, once that reveal happened, I became so fascinated by her. And in addition to these two, Cece/Charlotte. She was an antagonist that I wished they hadn't done away with her so quickly. I found her motivation for what she was doing so interesting and wanted to see more of her.
My anti otp: Emily/Paige, Aria/Ezra, Spencer/Caleb

Spencer's my favorite too!

I agree on Cece/Charlotte. I was surprised they killed her off so quickly after the reveal she was A. I feel like there was so much more they could've done with her story.

It was such a wasted opportunity because it would've given us a chance to explore her story more, because I felt like we barely scratched the surface with her and there was a lot they could've done, especially with the tension between her and the rest of the girls after what they endured along with Alison attempting to make with the peace and everything. Also it felt really off-putting considering that it was revealed that she was transgender and then an episode later she was killed off. Even if she was an antagonistic character and it was done for the ~drama of another murder mystery, it was still rather uncomfortable the way it was done. I don't know, it just rubbed me the wrong way.
