( My thoughts on Hannibal so far this season. )

I've been reading up on Bryan Fuller's thoughts and expectations after the announcement of NBC cancelling the show, just to give better understanding of where things are and where they're going for the possible future. During an interview at the Saturn Awards he reveals that he always knew that NBC was threatening to cancel Hannibal even during its first season, so the news wasn't much of a surprise. I'm actually impressed the show lasted as long as it did on the network, since most shows without much supportive from the higher ups don't often get that kind of luck. Though it does make me hope that someone will pick it up for a fourth season. Perhaps there might be an update at SDCC this weekend (on the Saturday panel) on where things currently are.

On the upside, Richard Armitage gave an interview which gives more insight to what we're to be expecting with the Francis Dolarhyde arc, which has me even more eager to see his portrayal. Never mind he's both adorable and articulate in this interview. ♥
