I mostly quit after S10, though I still watch the occasional later episode. It takes a great deal of patience to not quit Supernatural!

Season four is pretty good, one of my favorites. I'm not a big Castiel fan, but On the Head of a Pin is strong episode.

I quit because I was frustrated with the writing and direction of the show and its treatment of characters (along with a load of other problems the show overall has), but also because the fandom was incredibly toxic and I needed to distance myself from both the show and the fandom for my own mental well-being. I still can't believe it's been going on for as long as it has. I'm sure there are fans who still love the show and more power to them, but I certainly don't envy those who are only sticking with it to the very end because they feel like they have to.
