++ I absolutely love how Stonehenge Apocalypse has pretty much invaded fandom right now. We've waited for this since last year and it really lived up to our expectations, which weren't high to begin with anyway. And for this we have to thank Misha Collins for being in this movie because if he weren't we probably wouldn't have bothered. And really, this entire movie was all about Misha. Clearly, I mean why else would they do epic close-ups of his face only throughout the entire movie? They knew the true priority of making this movie, which wasn't about Stonehenge. It was about Misha Collins Being Incredibly Fucking Awesome. Truth, bbs. Plus, gotta love the endless macro meme coming from this. IT TOTES WAS A ROBOT HEAD, OKAY?!

Oh Misha, please be in moar bad SciFi movies. Preferably with more SciFi actors. I kinda want him to co-star in a movie with James Callis. I have this crossover thing where Baltar/Jacob mindmeld together with their super genius scientist brains. It'd be awesome.

++ Which, I direct everyone to strangeandcharm's analysis of Stonehenge Apocalypse which she pointed out the fallacies and low-budget crap the movie had. WHICH MAKES EVERYTHING MUCH MORE LULZY, LIKE REALLY.

++ The more and more I research on what is going to be involved with Supernatural: The Anime the more excited I am for it. Again, I've never been one for anime/manga stuff, however I've been reading the recent news regarding it and I've been very intrigued, particularly since it's been announced that MADHOUSE Studios will be producing it, as I've heard they've done Death Note which people seem very pleased about, along with who will be dubbing their voices. Which listening to the Dean/Cas scene with Japanese dubs I think this is gonna be pretty awesome (and really, even in Japanese dub there will be Batman!voices which I mightily approve of, heee). I mean of course I'd have to see the anime first before making final judgments but, with all this information being brought to our attention, I think this new project is going to be fantastic.

Is it bad that I'm more excited for this anime than S6? I'd take spin-offs, which I'm still wanting btw, and anime expansions of the universe any day than a sixth season and the possibility of the seventh (as there's already suggestions that there might be one which, DNW! DNW! D:)

I'm really excited for the anime and in general pleased with what I have heard from the CW about season six versus early reports about season six which were just plain bad. I wonder if the CW and Sera Gamble butted heads about the direction for season six? It sure sounds like it.

I'm someone that knows very little about the anime world, but the more I read up on the more I'm really loving the idea of Supernatural being anime'd. ;)

I know absolutely nothing regarding S6, either passed rumors or current news, but if you're pleased with what's been said about it now then I assume that things will be alright. Since we hold the same concerns with the show and its direction so, if you're okay with it then there's a little relief on my end. For now, at least.

I approve of Touchi Uruki as Dean and Uchida Yuya as Sam. If they ever do S3 and S4, I want Paku Romi as Castiel.

I find it amusing that when J2 said they approved the anime, the fans did an immediate turnaround on it, saying it's going to be great when they reluctant about it before. lol. Oh fandom. Never change.

I watched the first couple minutes of Stonehenge last night. CG of Stonehenge was like a crappy B-grade video game scene while Hill Harper's smirk made me giggle helplessly because it was too cheesy. MIsha's close up lips was ahajhsjshs. I'll watch the entire movie later today. :)

I kinda want them to skip S3 (perhaps just focus on Dean going to Hell bits) and go directly to S4 and S5, because I desperately want to see how they'd handle the angels and theological parts. Mostly, I just wanna see anime!Castiel with wings. ;)

I noticed that too! It's like many were hesitant and even hating the idea, but as soon as the actors say it's okay then they're all on board with it. LOL FANDOM, LOL. For me, I had no real opinion either way. I just think this'll be an interesting expansion and I want to see what they'll do with it, and if it does well then hell yeah I want some Castiel and angels stuff because I've seen some anime drawn wings and, OMFG I WANT TO SEE THAT FOR REAL. Mostly because this will be great to show us things that the show cannot do due to budget restrictions.

BE SURE TO BE REALLY CAFFEINATED AND HYPED UP ON SUGAR. OR DRUNK. OR WHATEVER, BECAUSE YOU'LL BE LOLING THROUGH IT BECAUSE IT MAKES NO LOGICAL SENSE WHATSOEVER. Mainly, just be watching because Misha is pretty and pwns pretty much everyone with his awesome. Because this movie is REALLY REALLY BAD, BUT AWESOMELY SO FOR THE LULZ. XD

Stonehenge Apocalypse totally deserves to take over fandom. It was so terrible and wonderful. AND IT *WAS* A ROBOT HEAD. This is how amazing that line was: I have my coworkers saying it and NONE OF THEM SAW THE MOVIE. One of them drew me a picture of a robot head on the moon.

I'm really excited for the anime too, which is weird. I don't usually get into anime, but recently, I've gotten sucked into some stuff. Hm.

ETA: I NEED Misha and James Callis to be in something together. It would be AMAZING.

Yeah, I'm not one for anime either but this is quite fascinating. Mostly because I think it's cool that the show has been honored to be featured as a Japanese anime. Not many shows get that that I can recall so, I think this is something of appreciation. Also, I hope it does well because if this first series is focusing on S1 and S2 then I hope they can do S4 and S5 because I WANT TO SEE CASTIEL AND THE ANGELS AND THEIR WINGS, DAMMIT. THAT IS ALL I AM ASKING.

When I was watching Stonehenge Apocalypse they played previews for the upcoming season of Eureka and I saw James Callis, who is going to be in an episode. My immediate thought was "I wonder what would happen if James and Misha worked together." ;D

She wants to ~know~ things about him because I do prattle on and on, she wants to understand what I'm referring to. Which is why I recorded STONEHENGE APOCALYPSE for her. I have a friend who texts me every time she sees his name come up. One night, I got a text that said "Oh, btw, I'm watching a movie with Misha Collins as a serial rapist." And the other night: "Just about to lay my head down when I came upon a Misha Collins movie- Stonehenge Apocalypse. I assume you've seen it?" I gave her a rundown of all the Twitter and Con haps- the P. Diddy War, the whole carnation thing at LA Con, etc etc. She is onto S2 of SPN now. I also got another friend to watch the whole series just because of him- he's like "Micha's part is cool!" *eyeroll*

I DESPERATELY WANT THAT SPIN OFF. LIKE BADLY. I WOULD SETTLE FOR FLASHBACKS NEXT SEASON OF CAS' QUEST. I DON'T EVEN CARE BUT I NEED MORE MARKSHA AND MISHA AND RICHARD. AND ALSO TITUS AS WAR BECAUSE TITUS + MARKSHA = WIN FOREVER AND EVER, AMEN.

This is why my mother is the awesomest. Even if she's not into a particular show or get what's happening, if I'm fixated on a particular actor/character/whatever she will investigate herself because she just wants to know why I like them. So when I'm talking to her about it she'll understand what I'm rambling about. She even calls me up to let me know when KARLA is being show on Lifetime. It cracks me up that she has to notify me whenever it's on. Or when an episode of CSI or NCIS that he's in or something. XD

I definitely do recommend Angel Sanctuary, even though I'm not really into anime or manga the series intrigued me simply due to its story and mythology (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angel_Sanctuary), which is fascinatingly complex when you read up on it. It deals with angels and I can't not be interested in that. ;)
