What is your ideal TV show?

Something where the creators already kind of an idea of where they want to go in regards to the story and have written out at least something of a show bible before anything has even begun detailing the background of the plot, characters, etc. So when there are new writers to the team they already know what has been established and write accordingly. Where the manner of the writing and storytelling remains consistent. Where the story continues to build with each season without being too cluttered or overbearing with information that doesn't make sense. An inclusion of diversity where women and minorities will be treated like actual human beings, who will have agencies over their own storylines and won't be reduced to stereotypes. My ideal show would not be afraid of pushing the envelope, would try new things, and would listen and take into consideration the concerns of the fans without allowing them to completely dictate the direction of the show entirely (i.e. favoring a certain faction of fans with one thing and ignoring/dismissing the others.)

Essentially, my ideal show would include the things that most shows end up doing wrong. Storytelling, writing, treating characters right, etc. It shouldn't be hard, and yet it seems like it's a foreign concept to some.
