Due to having so many shows, I randomly shuffled some of them and picked at random, and here are the results:
** Number Six from Battlestar Galactica (followed by Sharon Agathon)
** Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones (followed by Sansa Stark)
** Kenzi from Lost Girl (followed by Tamsin)
** Cara Mason from Legend of the Seeker (followed by Kahlan Amnell)
** Katherine Pierce from The Vampire Diaries (followed by Rebekah Mikaelson)
I added second favorites because I couldn't help it. It seems that every show I watch I have at least more than one favorite character, so it was difficult to simply pick and choose.
