Annoucement: Firstly, happy Saturday, April 8th everyone! Secondly, I will be absent from the fandom scene for a few days because I will be traveling courtesy of Easter vacation. I will be back promptly Wednesday afternoon, however will be missing Veronica Mars and House because I will be out of town; cable network won't be a guarantee. Just letting you lovely peeps know my whereabouts, also I don't want to be spoiled for the said fandoms I will be missing. Anyway, have a wonderful weekend and spring break, and here is your daily fandomosity fix!


-♠- Everyone Needs A Registered Companion: For all Browncoats out there that have the Serenity: The Official Visual Companion and are pleased with the contents inside, well there's even bigger news. Titan Books are releasing Firefly: The Official Companion, Volume One which will be available September 30th! Note the "Volume" placed on the cover, meaning there might be even more editions if this sells well. If you cannot wait for your Firefly Companion book, you can pre-order it early and it will be shipped out to you as soon as it's officially available.

-♠- Queen C Speaks: Charisma Carpenter's most recent interview with Men's Edge is probably one of the mostly insightly and delightly interviews I had the pleasure of reading about her. She praises Veronica Mars, in which she currently is guest-starring on, she talks about her work on Buffy and Angel, her real life and career amongst other things. Oh, and P.S. Charisma? You are so not heavy! You have curves woman, and are totally gorgeous (and are my second choice as Wonder Woman next to Morena). -♠- "I'd Like To Keep Spike As My Pet": Fractal Matter does a little review of the Angel Spotlight: Illyria comic book, in which he wasn't of fan of either show and gives a positive review of it. For those folks wanting more information upon these Angelverse comic books, read more about them and the issues here.

-♠- Veronica + Mars = Marshmallow: Just a reminder that starting April 11th this upcoming week, Veronica Mars will be returning to Tuesday nights at 9:00pm.

-♠- Pirate Pride!: For anyone who is wondering the whereabouts of certain VMars supporting cast members, and in recent or latest projects, here's the lowdown: Amanda Seyfried (Lilly Kane) has been starring in the new HBO series Big Love, a drama-series about a polygamist man in Utah who has three wives; the series also has Tina Majorino (Mac) and Kyle Gallner (Cassidy "Beaver") appearing as well. Amanda will be in an upcoming film called, In Search Of. Jessy Schram (Hannah Griffith) will be appearing in a brand new series called Split Decision that will premiere sometime this year, and Alona Tal (Meg Manning) will be appearing in the pilot episode (as credited in the cast).
