O Hai LJ, Where U Be At?

In the midst of the power outage that effected LJ/Six Apart operations, while I busied myself with other things/chores I'm glad that LiveJournal has returned. Fwee.

So I've been watching CSI on SpikeTV, because nothing else interesting is on and I'm waiting for Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert to come on. So far I've seen guest-appearances by Zachary Quinto, Tricia Helfer, Mark Sheppard, and Ian Somerhalder, all three episodes back-to-back. Quite a treat, actually. And I find it interesting that Mark and Tricia have worked before, in this as well as in the third season of BSG. Yes, I like making those little connections of fandoms colliding. I am easily amused and entertained by those notions, so sue me. This makes me really want Zachary and Tricia to work together giving me ideas for Sylar/Six sexiness. Okay, I'll stop now.

After seeing those previews for the movie I Know Who Killed Me, it does look mildly intriguing. However, I'm certainly not rushing to a theater to see it. Perhaps if they'd gotten a different lead actress instead of Lohan I would feel more interested. But I don't want to waste my money on that trainwreck.

I KNOW! The trailer looks so intriguing... but then I'm like 'no! don't support her!' so... T.T why is the only good horror movie lately starring her?

Hee! You'd be surprised how much I can talk about him. Of course, I could've turned this post into an All About Tricia Helfer because I am on a BSG kick at the moment, but didn't. Heh.

Yeah, I love horror flicks. But it's troubling that I'm intruiged with something with Lindsay Lohan, especially after all the controversy she's stirring up lately. I mean, with all the negative press about her current situation you just know the film is going to bomb big time. Again, if it'd been a different actress I'm sure it would be decent enough. And doesn't Lindsay look somewhat out of it in the previews? She also sounds like herself rather than the character, which is even more disturbing (it's her voice, she has a hoarse voice caused by all the crack and alcohol she's been consuming it's hard to tell whether she's acting or being herself.

*agrees with last paragraph* I have to say that Lohan was pretty good in "Georgia Rule" though which was suprisingly pretty good :X

I have yet to see that, I hear it's pretty decent. You know it seems that Lindsay tries to hard to live up to what she said about being a "true thespian". She goes into all these different non-teenybopper roles, but contradicts herself by acting immature and not taking her life and career seriously. *shakes head*

I hope she gets help soon, and a reality check. Perhaps her head examined, and acting coaching.
