Much happened today, I was really busy and preoccupied and wasn't online much because of it. You all know my feelings about this whole "content strike" business, as quite obviously I'm not partaking in it. For those that did, good for you for believing in wanting to do something. And that's all I'm going to say about that topic, since everyone's probably tired of hearing about it. Besides it's over for most people anyway, so whatever.

Okay, I am completely consumed with the BSG hype that's going on so I figured I do a theories post about it. Or rather, what I believe might happen come season four. I know no further spoilers than what's been shown from the previews and clips that's been released.

Sorry if none of those made any kind of sense that's logical or coherent! I've been having thinky-thoughts for a long while and I needed to get them out there. Hee.

It also appears that Caprica, the prequel series, has been greenlit and is ready to go. They say it's going to be much different than BSG, but that's to be expected naturally. I'm just happy there's to be more expansion of this universe that I've grown to love and appreciate, and I have faith that RDM and David Eick will create a show that, while different, can please viewers as it goes fifty years prior. Either way, yay!

More Heroes theories, but really is anyone surprised at all? Didn't think so. Spoilers up to "The Line", and no further spoilerage for anything of upcoming episodes.

So that's about it for me and this section. More to come after this upcoming Monday's episode, you can count on it. Now due to being somewhat catching a slight cold I now have to go eat some warm soup, possibly place some heat in the fireplace because it's getting colder up in here, and just lounge on this incredibly slow-going Saturday. Even more slow-going in LJ world because almost everyone is either doing their RL business or doing the NaNoWriMo. Which means it'll be quiet for nearly a month and some, if my predictions are right.

I've managed to keep myself away from spoilers aside from the previews and casting choices for this season of Heroes. I do know there are people that know what's to come in the future but I would like to present my own speculations and theories regardng what I expect/want to happen this season, including some examination into some character storylines as well. Nothing further than 2.03 "Kindred" and the preview for this Monday's episode.

I have more to discuss/theorize about, mainly about Peter/Sylar and the Older Generation of Heroes, however that'll take up MUCH more time writing out and there's loads to say. So I figure I'd save that for another time, or at least until after Monday night because Lord knows there'll be lots of contemplating after that. Yes, Heroes has taken over my braaaiin!

So, as to be expected I'm going through slight fandom-withdrawals as the holiday hiatus continues. I've gathered together some theories and speculating thoughts on future episodes of Battlestar Galactica and Heroes, the two main fandoms I'm really anticipating to return in the new year. These theories aren't based on spoilers, just some complied thorough fannish thoughts.

I'll probably have a review written for the Heroes episode "Fallout" finished by sometime tomorrow, because I want to have it done and posted before 2007 begins.

My gathered thoughts, theories, and speculations from this passed week's episode as well as the possible theories for "Ain't No Magic Mountain High Enough" which premieres next week.

I finally saw the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest preview during Superbowl commercials. And the MacGyver commerical that I'd already downloaded this morning, and this incredibly adorable Budweiser commercial with the baby horse. Oh, and the LOST preview? Goodness.

I'm not even paying attention to the freaking game (because I really just don't care for it) but the commercials are priceless, even though some are pointless and stupid at times.
