Since I've done similar memes like this before this is going to be my favorite shows within recent years rather than my usual top favorites, and because I have a lot of them I'm just going to go for some random ones. Obviously if you plan on doing this meme for yourself, write down your own list of shows before reading my answers to the questions.

01. Who's your favorite character in 2 (Detective L)?

02. Who's your least favorite character in 1 (The Last Of Us)?
David. Both the show and the game versions of his character. He is easily the most despicable character of the whole The Last Of Us franchise, which is saying something. At least in the game, while it obviously doesn't excuse his actions in the slightest, there is a certain level of understanding of his motivates and where he comes from, but the show sort of altered a bit of his character's backstory and his role in his little camp making him more irredeemably horrible.
03. What's your favorite episode of 4 (Beyond Evil)?
There were a lot of great episodes in Beyond Evil, and it all blended well together that it's difficult to just pick one.
04. What's your favorite season of 5 (Critical Role)?
Campaign One, the first "season" of Critical Role. I'm biased because it was when I discovered the show, I was simultaneously watching their streaming midway through the campaign while also going back and watching from the beginning, and while I have liked the show after that none of their other campaigns have come close to how I adore C1. It has something magical about it, the way the story unfolds, the way the cast plays their characters, how Matt DMs, the guests that appeared, the different arcs and growth. It's a classic kind of a DND adventure story on epic scales that I just love. Vox Machina still remains my favorite campaign of the entirety of CR.
05. What's your favorite ship in 3 (The Expanse)?
Julie/Miller. I'm such a sucker for tragic and doomed love stories, and the way this one was spun was doomed from the very start since they never actually properly meet each other, and Julie didn't even know he existed. It's devastating and beautiful.
06. Who is your anti-ship in 2 (Detective L)?
I personally don't care for or vibe with Luo Fei/Xiao Man. Though if you do, that's great!
07. How long have you watched 1 (The Last Of Us)?
Well, it's only been one season so far, since the show premiered. However, I've been a fan of The Last Of Us game franchise since 2013. Seeing newcomers getting introduced to this story for the first time via the television show has been an absolute joy to witness. It makes me excited for what will be coming up in the second season.
08. How did you become interested in 3 (The Expanse)?
I saw people talking about it online. I became curious when I was seeing certain things about the show in passing, and because I needed something to fill in that Battestar Galactica shaped hole in my soul I decided why not check it out, especially based on what I'd seen how people describe the show it seemed interesting enough to give it a go. And I'm so happy I did.
09. Who's your favorite actor in 4 (Beyond Evil)?
I quickly became a fan of Shin Ha-kyun and Yeo Jin-goo instantly. They not only played their characters incredibly well, they also shared quite a magnetic dynamic with each other too. I also ended up enjoying Lee Do-hyun, who plays young Lee Dong-sik in the flashbacks. He does a fantastic job with portraying a certain level of unhinged character in other dramas too (ex: The Glory).
10. Which show do you prefer? 1, 2, or 5 (The Last Of Us, Detective L or Critical Role)?
Oh man, this is just cruel.
For the purpose of this meme though, it's quite interesting because The Last Of Us and Detective L are short seasons/shows, however while I know what happens with TLOU as a story the show itself is still ongoing so we'll have to wait and see how season two delivers when it airs next year. Critical Role is quite a different beast because of it's format, hundreds of hours per campaign to get through, which can be overwhelming.
So, based on all of that, between these three shows I'm going to have to say Detective L. It only has 24 episodes, the cases are interesting and easy to follow, the vibe and aesthetic is something I really enjoy a whole lot, and it's just a good rewatch every single time.
11. Which show have you seen more episodes of, 1 or 3 (The Last Of Us or The Expanse)?
Considering that The Expanse has more seasons (and more episodes per season) than The Last Of Us at this point, definitely that one for sure.
12. If you could be anyone from 4 (Beyond Evil) who would it be?
Um, don't think I would want to be anyone from Beyond Evil. While the show has a happy ending for the most part, a lot of the characters go through hell in various ways that while I enjoy watching the story and mystery unfold I wouldn't want to live that as any of the characters, thank you very much.
13. How would you kill off your favorite character in 1 (The Last Of Us)?
Peacefully.
14. Give a random quote from 1 (The Last Of Us).

15. Would a 3 / 4 (Beyond Evil / The Expanse) crossover work?
Perhaps if one of the characters in Beyond Evil did something incredibly significant to the advancement of humanity in whichever field that their future descendants would carry that on into the future that The Expanse is in, sure. I mean, that is if an actual grounded crossover were to happen. Fanfiction has taught us that anything is possible with crossovers if you're creative enough. I'm not talking about AU fusions (though that is another possibility), but proper universe crossovers where the characters from both meet in whatever way possible. A wormhole, the different solar systems that were opened up via the protomolecule Sol Ring Station in The Expanse could possibly lead to where Beyond Evil takes place.
16. Pair two characters in 1 (The Last Of Us) that would make an unlikely, but strangely okay couple.
Well, there isn't really any kind of shippable characters in The Last Of Us at this point, and I don't want to spoil anything in regards to The Last Of Us: Part II. So.
17. Has 5 (Critical Role) inspired you in any way?
Critical Role actually did get me interested in Dungeons & Dragons and more TTRPGs in general. I wasn't that familiar with the mechanics of the game so it was quite a learning experience watching and figuring out what they were doing. I now have some D&D handbooks and have started my own dice collection.
18. Overall, which show has a better cast? 3 or 5 (The Expanse or Critical Role)?
This question is unfair because both casts are fantastic in their own right for the mediums they're on. The Expanse is a television show where they have an ensemble cast, where each one plays their part beautifully and I just can't imagine anyone else playing those roles. Critical Role is a streaming actual play TTPRG show where the cast remains the same as they portray different characters each campaign. This includes Matt Mercer who portrays all the NPCs while also narrating and weaving the story along. Both shows have the casts appropriate for their mediums and they're both fantastic and great at what they do. Enough said.
19. Which has better theme music, 2 or 4 (Detective L or Beyond Evil)?
The Beyond Evil theme is quite powerful and dramatic and gives me chills every single time, especially when it is used during particular scenes in the drama, while Detective L sounds quite similar to what most Sherlock Holmes-based adaptations have. Both are equally good and fit for their respective shows, and I enjoy listening to them to get into the mood of their stories.
