01. What song do you live for at the moment?
It's been "28 Reasons" by Seulgi and "Propose" by Dreamcatcher on constant repeat. They're both hauntingly dark and moody, and I love it.
02. Is there a band or artist that you attach to a particular memory? What memory is it?
In my teens I got quite into a lot of rock/heavy metal/nu metal -- Evanescence, Linkin Park, Korn, Papa Roach, Staind, Adema, System of a Down, Godsmack, Disturbed, Kittie, Rob Zombie, and similar artists around that time -- which I mainly associate with a particular point of my life of being an angry angsty teenager. It might not seem like it's the happiest of memories from that description, but their music did help me through some pretty rough times. So it's not so much of a specific memory but more of a broad sense of that feeling and vibe from that particular point in my life.
03. What's the most beautiful song lyric you've ever heard?
I honestly don't know....
04. If you could choose any band/artist to cover any song, which combination would you pick?
I've recently discovered and have been listening to J.Fla, a South Korean artist who primarily did covers on YouTube, and I would love to hear her do a rendition of an Evanescence song. She's covered a Linkin Park song and she has shown to have vocal range, so I think she could pull it off beautifully. In addition to that, I would love for Evanescence/Amy Lee to cover something from The Phantom of the Opera. I'm surprised she hasn't already, or if she has I haven't come across it.
05. What's the best concert you've ever attended?
The Backstreet Boys, who I've seen four times. Twice in Las Vegas and twice locally, the most recent one being in 2019 for their DNA World Tour. I don't go to concerts very often, because they are quite expensive and it has to be an artist that I really really want to see, and BSB has always been a fun time.
