Date: 2019-05-05 10:28 pm (UTC)I wonder if the Disney+ shows will be treated like the Netflix shows or their other shows?
That's a good question. Considering how the MCU characters are more known to the general public at this point it really depends on how well they utilize them in these shows, the overall excitement level of the general public especially after Endgame. I think, as a whole, they'll be on a different level since these shows are directly tied with the MCU, whereas the other Marvel shows aren't. That's my guess, anyway.
I'm still not sure how Reverie turned out so bad. I watched it until the end, hoping it would live up to its potential. It never did.
I'm not really surprised. Although I watched only the first episode, it seemed like they clearly didn't know what they wanted to do with the premise. The pilot alone tried so hard to sell it that it just felt like they were doing too much but not enough at the same time, which is a bad sign for any new show.
Be thankful that you didn't watch the second season of Heroes, especially live, it was an absolute trainwreck. In hindsight, the first season wasn't exactly as good as I think some remember it being but there was potential there, it was just promptly forgotten. It's just a shame because had it been handled better it probably would've been remembered far more fondly than it actually is.
