For anyone in fandom who has been devastated by the lack of fandom-centric friending memes lately, this is one to get the ball rolling again. Go and find other fannish like-minded people to befriend! And please, even if you aren't participating, help share and spread this around to your fandom flisters so we can have a proper fandom friending resurgence again!

I look at all of my most recent public posts, and they're negative (didn't like this TV show, didn't like this book, etc), and then think maybe this isn't the best time for me to do a friending meme, lol.

I actually have watched things that I've liked, it just seems that haven't gotten around to posting about them, which makes my journal look like a negative hole, lol. Though in general, I've felt weird about memes the last few times they've come up. I just look at the questions to fill out and think "eh, why is anyone going to want to read my journal? I've got nothing interesting." I think part of that is because in the past, I had a definitive fandom that I was part of, a TV show I was really into and produced content for, and now that's really not the case. I have fannish impostor syndrome, lol.
