Do you have any favourite cast(s) from film or TV?

This has undoubtedly been said before, but it still remains true, I think the Firefly cast is probably one of my top favorite group of people just for the simple fact that they all have remained incredibly close friends all these years later. Aside from the fact of how much fun they had filming the show (and the movie Serenity), they have also continued going to these conventions whenever they get the chance year after year and never tire of talking about the show and what it meant to them and how they love all the fans, and overall how they're so tight with each other. Their friendship as a whole is just something beautiful to see, honestly.

With movies, most recently it's been Star Wars, more specifically from the original trilogy and the newer films. Seeing the behind the scenes from The Force Awakens and the cuteness from everyone involved is adorable. They just make me so happy. ♥

YES YES YES YES! I couldn't agree more! And they LOVE doing cameos in other shows!!! And did you watch ConMan? It's amazing how we, the fans, are still not over the cancelation of the show, but they are still upset about it too!

Oh yes, I've seen them. I've basically seen so much of Mark Hamill being super adorable with everyone, because that's just who he is and I love that he has this lovable personality to him. Same with Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford, Harrison and John being friends is absolutely amazing to me. ♥

I have seen Con Man, and it's absolutely hilarious and awesome.

One of the things I loved about Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion and their creation of Con Man was that it's entirely based around and reflecting their mutual love of Firefly and the fanbase. The entire Firefly cast still looks back and fondly remembers the show. Whenever they get together it's evident that they loved it just as much as we did, and how whenever they get together they never get tired of talking about it or reminiscing of the memories associated with the show. I've watched many clips of the various conventions they've all been to, and it doesn't matter if I've heard the same story over and over again, just seeing them smile and laugh together makes me absolutely happy.

You see casts talk about how they're close like a family, but Firefly is one where I absolutely believe it because they are still that close years after the show/movie ended. You can't fake that kind of chemistry and love between them, you just can't.

I never watched Firefly (I did give it a go, but it was not for me), and I'm not really that familiar with the cast. I'm more familiar with the cast of Star Wars and I loved the behind scenes from The Force Awakens too <3 <3

I AGREE SO HARD ABOUT FIREFLY! OMG.

It's easy for actors to be really pumped about work they're still doing or work that is recent but a lot of actors seem to lose passion for a show/film after a couple of years pass (unless it's HUGE). The Firefly crew seems to be as enthusiastic about the fandom now as they were when it was still new and I LOVE that.

There are also actors who grow tired of only being recognized in one particular role, no matter how small or huge it is, and sometimes it can lead to certain feelings of disdain especially if they want to move forward with their careers, making them seem ungrateful.

However, I never got that vibe from anyone from the Firefly cast. Nobody seems to regret ever been involved with the show. Not only do they speak highly and look back at their time from the show fondly, they're also just as huge fans of it as we are, and it genuinely shows. Some of them have even openly admitted plenty of times that if Firefly was the only project they were to be known for throughout their entire acting career, they would be overjoyed. It's something they're proud of, and it's obvious from the long-term friendships made with each other along with the love of the fan community that they are just one massive family. They are the crew in real life, and I love them so much. ♥

All you need to know about the Firefly cast is that after the show ended (in 2002) and after they filmed the movie (in 2005), they continue to showcase their love for that universe and the fan community, and their long-term friendships with each other are adorable. They also have been attending numerous conventions ever since the show ended and every single time they share panels together it is magical.

Case in point, Nathan Fillion surprising a couple of his fellow former co-stars (https://youtu.be/GticpIyHn1U) after not seeing them in some time. (This is just one example of many of their adorable moments, but it's one that I love because the love there is genuine. ♥)

But The Force Awakens cast is equally adorable. Just seeing so many of the BTS and following their antics makes me so happy. :)
