I've seen these floating around everywhere and figured, eh, why not? I'm also snagging weaselett's idea of combining the two character memes into one, simply because it's easier.

Pick any character from a fandom of mine (or two or three) and I'll answer the following questions:

ARIA MONTGOMERY

01. What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her. My opinion on Aria varies depending on what is happening within the show. When I say that I like all the girls for different reasons I truly do mean that, though with Aria I'm finding that I much prefer her when she's with the girls or dealing with her family, and unfortunately the show constantly wants to remind us that she and Ezra are together. All the time. For the majority of the show it's been about their ~supah sekrit~ relationship, which is my least favorite thing of the entire show. Otherwise, for the most part I'm perfectly fine with her and I think she can have some interesting things in her own storyline that aren't Ezra-related.
02. Is he/she important to the general plot? She's part of the Core Four, so yes, of course she's important.
03. Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/she grip you emotionally? I can relate to some situations, such as some of the family drama and whatnot (which is also applicable to the other girls too, esp with the parents divorcing). I am invested with what is happening to her and do feel empathy with the things she is dealing with "A".
04. How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from? I like it well enough. I don't venture that deeply into it, but I do follow some PLL blogs on Tumblr and while I know it's not the entirety of the fandom as a whole, they're pretty decent and intelligent folk.
05. Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by his/her relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic) I've been very intrigued by the Aria and Mona interaction we've had previously, aside from their history together Mona has been dating her brother and there's a mixture of personal rivalry but also understanding as well.
06. Is there anything about the character you would change? That after discovering the truth about Ezra she would've cut ties with him permanently and not gone back to him no matter what. Also that she would've believed Hanna instead of outright accuse and blame her for being "always a problem", a.k.a. slut-shaming her, and then backtracking her insulting personal comments later. That really pissed me off. It's a characteristic about Aria that I don't particularly like, her kind of jumping the gun and overreacting.
07. If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how would you see yourself interacting with him/her? Would you get along well? Fall in love with him/her? Dislike? Have a friendly rivalry? I feel like we would be friendly acquaintances. Like, not besties or anything, but nice to each other and all of that.
08. Does this character make the cut as one of your all time favorites (if you like) or least favorites? She's not my favorite of the Liars, but I still like her character nonetheless. Again, I do like all the girls for different reasons.
09. Would you hype up this character (if you like) or warn about this character (if you dislike) to someone new to fandom? I would hype up her character, because like the other girls she is her own person with her own story and is an integral part of the show regardless.

All the people I ship romantically with this character: I'm finding that I don't really ship anyone with Aria? I mean, with everything happening with Ezra for the majority of the show I feel like Aria really needs some alone time to herself.

My unpopular opinion about this character: I've already ranted about Aria/Ezra, and I feel that may be the only thing worthwhile of an unpopular opinion?
One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: That the wake up call re: Ezra actually woke her up from her relationship with him.
