I've seen these floating around everywhere and figured, eh, why not? I'm also snagging weaselett's idea of combining the two character memes into one, simply because it's easier.

Pick any character from a fandom of mine (or two or three) and I'll answer the following questions:

STEFAN SALVATORE

(Keep in mind I'm only basing this on the first two seasons; I know other things have happened later on but those are the only seasons I have watched and really care about)

01. What is your opinion of this character? If you like, explain why you like him/her. Going from my S1 and S2 knowledge, I actually really liked Stefan. Perhaps it's because his character was so similar to Angel from BTVS, who I also liked. I mean sure, he was brooding and "tortured" and there is the questionable aspect about him getting close to Elena because she looked so much like Katherine, the doppelganger of his former love, but idk. There was something with the way Paul Wesley portrayed him to be likeable.
02. Is he/she important to the general plot? Well, considering the title of the series is called The Vampire Diaries and he wrote in those diaries and his relationship with Elena was a huge central focus for a time, he is quite important to the plot.
03. Can you relate to this character at all? Does he/she grip you emotionally? I don't really relate to him, and I'm not terribly emotionally invested with his character. But I do find him intriguing and interesting enough.
04. How much do you like the fandom that this character comes from? Haha, the TVD is one crazy place. I never went deep into that fandom but I've witnessed things from the sidelines and it's gotten quite messy, for various reasons. Ship wars and anger about what is happening on the show, which Salvatore brother is better than the other wanks, hating on Elena wanks, etc. So yeah, I'm not even watching that show anymore and yet I know well enough to stay far away from that fandom.
05. Do you ship this character with any other character? Or, are you particularly intrigued by his/her relationship with any other character(s)? (romance-wise or platonic) I definitely shipped him and Elena, and the relationship between him and Katherine as well. The latter I find quite fascinating since there is a deep history between them. I also adored the friendship between Stefan and Caroline, and yeah I'll admit to playing around with the idea of them being together romantically.
06. Is there anything about the character you would change? Haha, there are probably a lot of things that I want to change.
07. If you were in the fandom with this character or knew this character in real life, how would you see yourself interacting with him/her? Would you get along well? Fall in love with him/her? Dislike? Have a friendly rivalry? In all honestly I'm uncertain. I don't know whether I would want to meet him, IRL or in that particular fandom.
08. Does this character make the cut as one of your all time favorites (if you like) or least favorites? He's not really a favorite character, but he's not my least favorite either. He's kind of in the middle for me.
09. Would you hype up this character (if you like) or warn about this character (if you dislike) to someone new to fandom? It would depend, I think. Mostly I think I would just be rather neutral.

My cross over ship: I don't know why, but I would like to see Stefan with his humanity shut off while interacting with Angelus, Spike and Drusilla. I think he and Angelus would get along rather famously, and then after when Angel regains his soul and Stefan turns his humanity back on again they can brood over the horrible mistakes they made. lol
