What is the favourite gift you received as a child?

Honestly, nothing in particular comes to mind. Not that there weren't any great gifts, it's just that as a kid I was quite appreciative of pretty much most of the gifts I had received. There are plenty of pictures and home videos of me opening presents being very delighted with what I got. So yeah, I don't recall there being a specific favorite gift from childhood, they all just kind of blended together.

I get that. I always liked most of what I received as well. But I suppose I recall getting a few My Little Ponies (80s) as a kid and the dream castle.

Oh, same! My Little Pony was one of those that we basically had to get and collected over the years as a kid, we have quite a collection as well (though not the entire collection, sadly, it took forever to even get a Lickety Split and that was just by chance via eBay several years ago). We also have Dream Castle, too.

Yeah, I got a fair amount of those as well. Books, dolls, clothes, little trinkets, I don't think I was ever a picky child when it came to presents and gifts.

That's okay :) I rememeber being happy with what I got as well be it toys, books or clothes, but I do have one gift I remember being very, very happy about. And of all things it was a purple track suit (ala this one). Only darker and with no stripes! My mum always dressed me in pink and I suppse when I recieved that gift from my grandfather I was reaching my pink-limit! Mum wanted to exchange it for something else, but I held my ground :)

I got alot great gifts as a kid the one that stuck out when I was little when I got my stuffed Grover I slept with that for years.
