I LOVE LUCIUS. I LOVE DRACO. I LOVE NARCISSA. THE MALFOYS ARE LOVE, FOREVER STANNING THEM, ETC. ALSO? I AM ABSOLUTELY HAPPY AND RELIEVED THAT LUCIUS DIDN'T DIE IN THE END. I HAD HEARD RUMORS ABOUT THEM CHANGING THE OUTCOME FOR THE MALFOY'S FATE AND I WAS FEARING THE WORST CASE SCENARIO, FORTUNATELY THAT DIDN'T OCCUR. YES, IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE BOOKS, BUT I THINK BOTH VERSIONS FIT NICELY FOR THEM. FAMILY COMES FIRST AND THEY GOT AWAY, THAT'S WHAT MATTERS.

OH, AND THE HARRY/DRACO SCENE IN THE ROOM OF REQUIREMENT? HELL TO THE FUCKING YES, THEY ARE CANON BITCHES. ACCEPT IT. ;D ;D ;D ;D

ONE THING ABOUT THE EPILOGUE: SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE HARRY/DRACO INTERACTION. I'M JUST SAYING.

All of this so much. And I totally saw Harry/Draco for the first time, and I don't ship at all (though I do ship Harry with Draco's father).

Really, this movie seemed to have at least a scene for every ship under the sun.


THIS MOVIE WAS JUST SO AWESOME. I DON'T HAVE THE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE AWESOME.

Also, I want Malfoy family fics set in the movie verse after the movie. Because I think the movies did a better job than the book of showing their story and making us sympathize with all of them. Malfoys for the win. I also want fics where Narcissa tells Lucius what is what and is the head of the family and where Lucius needs her for his public image because of her helping Harry. Basically, I want awesome!Narcissa and a Lucius who appreciates how awesome his wife is and realizes how much he needs her.

This film, there are no words for it really. I'm still in denial that it's actually over. That this is it, the end of an era. I want it to go on forever and ever.....

Seriously. I mean, I loved the books, but JKR didn't really elaborate on the Malfoys enough to really show them in this kind of a light. To humanize and make us sympathize with them. It's implied, but I'm just so happy the movie did them justice and had them walking away from everything. I liked that Jason portrayed Lucius as a broken man who just is lost, and Narcissa is the one who is taking charge and to repair their family. So yes, fic is definitely in order.

I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED BY ALAN RICKMAN'S PERFORMANCE. IDK WHY I SHOULD HAVE BEEN BECAUSE IT'S ALAN FUCKING RICKMAN, BUT STILL. I WAS AMAZED AND IN AWE WITH HIM DURING THOSE SCENES. HE NEEDS A FUCKING OSCAR. HELL, ALL THE ACTORS NEED OSCARS FROM THIS FILM except for Bonnie Wright because she didn't do anything....as usual....

THAT HUG WAS SO AWKWARD BUT I FELT SO HORRIBLE FOR DRACO. HE WAS OUTRIGHT BEING HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. OF COURSE VOLDEMORT WAS ONE CREEPY MOFO ANYWAY.

AND THE MALFOYS. I LOVE THAT THE MOVIE SHOWED THEIR REDEMPTION WAY BETTER AND CLEARER THAN THE BOOK DID. ♥

I think many people weren't expecting to see that amount of emotion when it came to Snape, however from the flashbacks and the scenes with Dumbledore I just, yeah. Everything about that entire scene, that moment from when Harry is with Snape in the boat house.....that alone deserves a freaking award.

Believe me, I was really worried like, almost panic attack worried. But I'm grateful that they didn't gone down that route, and instead took the next best thing. Redeeming the Malfoys in a way that the books didn't nearly elaborate enough on. Especially concerning Draco, seeing his change of heart was fantastic. Between that, Narcissa's BAMFness and Lucius being completely broken, I am just so pleased with what they did with them and this movie overall. ♥

I'm seeing so much Narcissa love and appreciation everywhere, have you noticed?

Which is rather funny considering people were bitching about her before all because all they focused on was her hair. And now people are adoring her left and right. I mean, I've always loved Narcissa, so it's like, lol where have you all been? But seriously, I love that the movie really pointed out how fiercely fearless and brave Narcissa is and just taking charge of her family. ♥

I don't think we could have had a better portrayal of Narcissa's bamfery than what they did in these last few movies. This one in particular really shined light onto her strength as a character with her love for her family. :)

I just got back from finally seeing it. It's weird that it's only been out for two days and I have to say finally for that.

I enjoyed it.

Alan Rickman... That man. He's too good. He brought me to tears. Give him awards on top of awards. Please?

Also Neville and McGonagall. Too much fun. Can't wait until I see it again.

lol, I just think that everyone who is a Potter fan tried to go to the midnight showing of it. Because it is the very last midnight premiere and many who never went to one before want to experience it. Which I think is kinda awesome. :)

IKR? I mean, I knew that scene was coming but I didn't know how Rickman could make that part even more heartbreaking. Just the way he acted, the scenes as they molded together, his emotions, I just. ALL THE AWARDS.

Gurl, my theatre just about died when Voldy hugged Draco. We were all WTF are you doing? A lot of us though he was going to kill Draco or something and I wouldn't have been all that surprised because honestly, the writers on these films: EEP.
And Draco finally got on Harry's broomstick. GIT IT BB. LOL.
Everything was just so epic and deserves capslocks forever and ever. /not ready to let go of this series yet.

OMG THIS. My HP interest kind of waned a bit after the last book in 2007 (which I enjoyed but that fucking epilogue destroyed the ENTIRE series for me) but now I'm back and all over the place like a flaily McFlailerson. It's suddenly like I LOVE EVERYONE AND I LOVE EVERYTHING AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT I HATED AND WHY I HATED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Seriously, it's a weird kind of manic happy sadness.
