I suddenly realized something about my sleeping schedule: I woke up approximately around 2:00pm in the afternoon on a Sunday. If I were a religious person, I would've missed church right about now. I'm not obligated to apologize for my actions other than laziness and not getting into bed before 4:00am -- and watching VMars.

Lost is an amazing show. The pilot episode freaked me out royally. Jurassic Park meets Lord of the Flies meets Treasure Island; this show is awesome. I love Jack, Kate, and Charlie. Loving Shannon/Boone. And Vincent, their mascot.

That is all.

Edit: And unsurprisingly, I have mistaken this day to be Sunday when it really is Saturday. Exhaustion and summer boredom do absolutely no good for my memory...I can't even keep track of what day it is! *headdesk* I need to go somewhere, and take a relaxing vacation. Oy vey!

Depending on where you live, there's all sorts of places where you least expect entertainment and fun. There's plenty of bookstores and book faires from time to time, and there's the movie theaters and traveling across towards the countrysides are also very fun. Of course, I'm slightly odd in that way -- there's people here that really ask that question, "Where is there to go here?" I reply, "Look around you, you'll find it." It might be as exciting as Las Vegas or somewhere exhilirating like that, but there are some things here that are taken for granted. Agreed, this ain't no tourist revenue, but there is fun if you look for it.

But sometimes there really isn't something worthwhile during summertime that you really want to take a vacation elsewhere than around the neighborhood. It differs for every person, I think. Eh, sorry for the little lecture; I happen to like my town even though it's getting annoyingly overpopulated each year. X/

I've taken a look at the local malls. At least from the outside. And I liked the selection when I went to two of the local comic book stores for free comic book day. I've hanged out in bookstores all my life... with home broadband now I can go to the library much less.

I plan on going to the countryside eventually. It's like "Napa Valley" points "Right over there." and I think of wine tastings and the sweet flavor of it.

I like the big television and the satellite connection here. I plan on meeting even more people, and getting in some DVD time and hanging out in general. The Meetup Firefly group scares me a little.

Heh, let's get together sometime and do something.
