Sorry, the real love-fest in this episode is between Cas and Bobby, who share some really great moments, particularly when one of them finds themselves caring for the other.

APPARENTLY THIS EPISODE IS GONNA BE WRITTEN BY THE SAME PERSON WHO DID "WEEKEND AT BOBBY'S" THEREFORE I SENSE AN EXTENSION TO THAT WITH THEM BEING ALL GRUMPY AND BONDING BY SHARING THEIR MUTUAL BITCHING ABOUT HOW THEY DON'T GET ENOUGH APPRECIATION AND HOW SELF-INVOLVED THE WINCHESTERS ARE AS THEY ALWAYS TAKE THEM FOR GRANTED, ETC AND SO FORTH. IF ONLY WE HAD RUFUS IN THE MIX IT'D BE TWO GRUMPY HUNTERS AND AN ANGEL AND, HELL YEAH, I'D WATCH THAT SITCOM. TOTALLY.

I highly doubt it's the angel fetish thing, unless that angel fetish is for Castiel alone. From the description of Rachel, she's a no-nonsense lieutenant, so that's definitely out for anything romantic like (thank god for that!)

I can see Dean trying to flirt with her, though, to be met by the no-nonsense attitude and Sam joking that he has a fetish for angels. But it seems cheap.

Or maybe he has an old rawhide leather fetish.

It would be cheap, though it wouldn't be the cheapest thing the show has recently done (unfortunately.)

I definitely call it being something about leather. From that early review it seems like Dean is super psyched about going back to he old west, he probably has a thing for that kind of stuff.

....And now for some reason I'm envisioning Dean fantasizing about pony-play, lolwhut. XD
