Seeing the and hearing about the news involving the tsunamis and earthquakes legitimately terrify me, since this is an incredibly massive chain reaction that has been set off and the damages that already happened is just devastatingly horrible. I just, yeah. I'm scared now because I have friends over there, particularly in Hawaii. Many prayers and thoughts, and hope that everyone affected by this is safe and alright.

Now news reports are predicting that California (and most of the West Coast, in fact) are issued a warning for being hit, as well. Low-level, but still. D:

It does. Even petty fandom drama just doesn't seem worth it anymore when something like this happens. It makes you reevaluate everything, and want to help others. And it's sad that it takes a travesty like this to snap everyone back to reality that there are more important things in life than our petty problems, you know?
