Pretty Little Liars 1.18 "The Bad Seed"
Dear Aria and Ezra Fitz,
STOP ACTING SO AWKWARDLY IMMATURE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE SCHOOL. SERSIOUSLY, SECOND-HAND EMBARRASSMENT THE FACT THAT, EVEN IN PRIVATE, YOU ARE STILL IN THE PUBLIC EYE OF EVERYONE IN THE SCHOOL. IF YOU'RE GONNA TALK ABOUT YOUR TABOO RELATIONSHIP THEN DO SO OUTSIDE OF THE CLASSROOM. OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL. AWAY FROM EVERYONE'S FREAKING EYES. DON'T BE DOING THIS "OH I'M SPEAKING IN CIRCLES BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN" WHEN OBVIOUSLY IT'S LIKE, HELLO? UGH. HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE YOU TWO. SRSLY. HAVE MORE ~EDGE TO THIS ~FORBIDDEN~ FLING YOU HAVE TOGETHER, MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOU ARE GONNA GET IN TROUBLE AND YOU SHOULDN'T BE LIKE ALL, LALALA WE CAN DO WHATEVER AS LONG AS WE DON'T DO/SAY ANYTHING THAT MIGHT BE SUSPICIOUS.
LIKE CALLING YOUR TEACHER BY HIS FIRST NAME IN FRONT OF YOUR PEERS. RED FLAG, RED FLAG. ARIA, YOU IN DANGER GIRL. YEAH. NOBODY PICKED UP ON THAT AT ALL. :|

TACT, YOU TWO NEEDS YOU SOME STAT.
While they had things figured out by the end of the episode, just seeing them trying to act not guilty or nonchalant (in an unconvincing manner) is just painful. I swear, nobody is that stupid to not notice something going on between them, it's a wonder they haven't been caught red-handed by someone yet. A teacher, another student, the freaking janitor, particularly after all the "alone time" they have in the school. If this was Gossip Girl they'd be making headlines already, just saying.
Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.
As far as the rest of the episode, it was pretty good. Although I'm constantly worried about Spencer. I love her and she's definitely incredibly smart for wanting to get to the bottom of everything, and it seems like someone has it out for her because of this. She's been growing bolder as the season goes on, that her boldness and wanting to tell the truth once and for all might get her into deeper trouble or even danger. Remember what Alison said to Hanna during her dream/hallucination? That telling the truth at the wrong place and the wrong time is how she got where she ended up? If Spencer is not careful, she might be in that very same position. Yes, she's smarter than Alison was but, in any case, someone is always two steps ahead of them. Finding that trophy in the props box was the first thing that could get her into a lot of trouble, simply because A planted it there and because it was A, there is a lot of things that could be revealed. Judging from the preview for next Monday, someone is gonna be found out lying. I have a feeling it's Spencer. D: D: D:
However, Spencer did have some hilarious lines in this episode. This conversation made me lol so hard. She's so funny. ^__^

I'm also happy that Spencer and Toby are still being friendly with each other, helping each other out. I also love that Spencer is really seeing this side of Toby, and getting closer to him. I do want them to be together, dammit. I think they're good for each other.
Speaking of two characters hooking up.....HANNA/CALEB KISS! \O/
First, there's the hilarious scene in the shower. XD Caleb's surprised face when she climbs in pretending to be showering when her mother enters the bathroom, and then her trying to cover up that she's looking at his nakedness while pretending that she doesn't like what she sees, even though she clearly does. *wags eyebrows* And Caleb, being Caleb, making a little sarcastic comment but it comes out more endearing than anything.

AND THEN, OF COURSE, THE KISS LATER ON IN THE EPISODE AFTER HANNA HAS FINALLY FIGURED OUT HER OWN FEELINGS AND WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO WITH THEM!! :D :D :D

I SHIP THEM SO HARD YOU GUYS, OKAY? THEY ARE CUTE AND SASSY TOGETHER AND IT JUST WORKS WITH THAT KIND OF CHEMISTRY, OKAY? <3 <3 <3
I really enjoyed the flashbacks, it added something more with them realizing that Alison might have not been the friend they thought she was. While they knew that Alison was definitely mean-spirited, they always thought of her one of their best friends because they were brought together because of her. It's one of the perspectives put together upon realizing that Alison could have been capable, due to her manipulative nature, of pushing that drunk girl down the stairs at that frat party. All because she wanted Ian, and was stalking him, because he was the cool, older boy. I have some ideas and theories, but that'll be for later.
Also, Jenna is still creepy. O_o
There is something else too, while this episode brought back Mona, what about Sean? Or Lucas? They couldn't have just disappeared altogether, and they would have crossed paths at least sometime in these episodes right? Also, what about Alex, the guy that Spencer had been dating before? Sometimes a little mention to the continuity would be nice, that's all I'm saying.
ALSO, WHO THE FUCK IS A?!?! D: THE SUSPENSE FROM THESE EPISODES FREAK ME OUT (in a good way, though, keeping me on my toes).

Hm. Interesting. I can't say I am completely surprised by this reveal but still very interesting.
