Re: look at my junk.
Date: 2010-10-15 12:01 am (UTC)I'm always perplexed when people say they hate the angel stuff. I know that some people aren't attracted to it like we are or don't believe in it, and that's totally fine. But when it's an essential part of the mytharc of the show, you'd think some would appreciate it more in the ways of how it's progressing the storytelling. It's not like they're shoving religious beliefs down your throat or whatever. In fact, the show has always had religious influences ever since the beginning (exorcisms, holy water, etc) and they borrow from various different religious folklore all the time. Why should this be any different? If they have demons and Hell why not angels and Heaven? They're two sides of the same coin, it's the balance of the universe really.
Yeah, that whole scene was just really damn pointless. I heart Jared, but DNW his muscles. Keep your shirt on, boy. (Yay, someone thinks the way I do about this!)
I'm glad I'm not the only one too! I talked with someone at Chicon about it and I said I'd rather see that tan trenchcoat more than some Hulk muscles, lol. Yeah, Sera is just really creepy in that regard. Again, she's the Stephanie Meyer of the show. -__-
Yay, converting Dean/Cas fans one person at a time. \o/ Someone would have to be really blind to not see that "profound bond" Dean and Castiel share, whether if you ship them or not it's there regardless because they have been building their friendship since S4 and it continues to grow as the show continues. ♥
I don't know, but I do remember reading/hearing somewhere that Misha didn't have work often, that he was "on the set for a few days" when Jared and Jensen work full time. Other than that, I have no idea.
That's interesting. Well, I'd rather they have limited episodes with Castiel to treat his storyline correctly instead of him being just there in filler kinds of episodes. I mean, I know I say that Castiel makes everything way better (which is true) but I'd want them to treat his character with respect than just in the background for comic relief, you know?
I have no idea- maybe Campbells helped him get it? Who knows what Grandpa Douchebag has in store.
Mmm, maybe. It just seems rather random that he would be cruising around in something as though he was rolling in tons of dough. Like he was preparing to be on MTV's Cribs or something, lol. idek
I do hope there will be more episodes like three and four in this season, I'd be very happy! Just think, how interesting it would be to see an episode concentrated fully on what's happening in Heaven?
That would be so awesome, I think I'd die with happiness. I could almost forgive of the mess that had already been created if they did an episode
or severalfocused on this precisely. omgyes do want plz kthx. :D
