Just watched last week's Nikita, and I just have one thing to say: Nikita says, "You have no idea how much pain I can take", and then proceeds to breaking her own fucking arm in order to escape from a fight. That's how fucking badass she is, goddamn. O_O

I really need to make an official post so I can talk about it with people. But I am really really enjoying the show so far. Intense, action-packed, girls kicking ass especially with big fucking guns? Oh hell yeah, I'm in. It's probably my favorite new show premiering this season, and so far I have yet to be disappointed. Let's hope they keep it up, because I want to see where this is going and I want there to be another season because, damn if the CW needs more diversity in their show lineup like this again. EVERYONE NEEDS TO WATCH IT, FOR REALS.

Oh, and Maggie Q is my new girlcrush. Obvs. ♥

Still catching up on other shows. More on that later. Right now, I goes to sleep.

Probably because it's on the CW. Quite a few people think ALL CW shows are bad just because they're on the CW.

Which sucks, because while the CW has crappy shows on it these days it's something like that that'll break that mold of "HEY, LOOk, THE NETWORK DOESN'T COMPLETELY SUCK WITH ALL THESE MELODRAMATIC SOAP OPERA SHIT!" Which Nikita is such a breath of fresh air because it doesn't follow those examples the CW does with all the rest of them.

Tell me about it. I wounder if Nikita is going to be like Supernatural in that Dawn O just doesn't 'get' why it's popular. I guess she really likes that MELODRAMATIC SOAP OPERA CRAP.

Me neither. I've always thought it was because TPTB aren't in the business of being creative, but making money and sadly horrible crap sales (see: Twilight). Also look at all the 'new' tv shows/movies that are remakes and spin-offs/sequels. I think it's really bad in Dawn O's case because teenage girls seem to be her coveted demographic and a lot of teenage girls like melodramatic soap opera crap because they just don't know what good writing is or even care as long as they have pretty men to ogle.
