++ Saw Star Trek on the IMAX BIG SCREEN, and it was simply fantastic. I'm not really familiar with the ST universe or mythology, but this was a great movie to give an introduction to it for those such as myself who had little prior knowledge of the story without being too confused or lost. I, of course, had to consult with my sister who knows way more about the universe than I realized about certain things. But otherwise, a wonderful film. The opening scene really gripped me, and that's something a film really needs. To get me interested and sucked in the moment it starts all through to the ending, which it did. Kudos, JJ Abrams.

Also saw advertisements for HBP while at the IMAX theater too, with a gigantic Draco poster that made me smile. Definitely will be seeing that when it comes out there, as well.

++ SPEAKING OF - I HAVE GOTTEN BACK INTO MY HP KICK DESPITE NOT BEING PART OF THE FANDOM ANYMORE, AND I NEED SOMETHING TO DISTRACT MYSELF FROM BEING SPOILED FOR MY OTHER FANDOMS. BLAME DRACO/TOM FELTON FOR THIS RECENT REDISCOVERY OF MY LOVE, BECAUSE HE REKINDLED IT FROM THE NEW FILM, DAMMIT. I NEED ME SOME DRACO ICONS NAO. MY LOVE, IT HAS BEEN RENEWED AND I'M LOVING IT.

...And now Draco/Tom has induced much capslock flailing just as Castiel/Misha does, holy shit. O_O

I kinda knew what was going to happen, but actually seeing it on the big screen...yeah. It caught my interest, that's for sure.

Yeah yeah, you did. Even though you're more of the Trekkie than I'll ever be, it was enjoyable.

So what about that Spock fellow, eh?

BOTH OF THEM, DUH! AND OF COURSE MADE OF WIN. Still with the mind-boggling of time travel of course, but whatever. It's all good.

Oh no, that means in the midst of Cosmos there will be Captain Fine watching that I'll have to endure? SAY IT AIN'T SO, SISTAH!

Time travel is MEANT to be mind-boggling, methinks. Especially in the Trek-verse.

'TIS SO! CAPTAIN FINE TIME AHOY!
