UM, EPISODE WAS KINDA SAD AND BITTERSWEET? I MEAN SRSLY, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE LOLARIOUS, AND SOME PARTS WERE BUT, YEAH, SAD. OMG.

MIXING IN STAGESHOW MAGIC WITH REAL HARDCORE WITCHCRAFT, NICE. ALSO WITH THE MAKING FUN OF THOSE MAGICIANS WHO THINK THEY ARE ALL THAT AND A BAG OF CHIPS, WELL DONE TOO. I LOL'D WITH THOSE OLD GUYS MAKING FUN OF THE DUDE WITH THE EYELINER (I AM NOT FOND OF GUYS WHO THINK HEAVY EYELINER MAKES THEM LOOK HAWT OR WHATEVER, M'KAY?) AND THE REPEATED "DOUCHEBAG" REMARKS AS WELL.

DEAN AND THE BDSM. THUS FANDOM S'PLODES FROM THE LOLING. KRIPKE, STOP READING FANFIC! XD

LOL THE MAGICIANS CAN SEE THROUGH SAM AND DEAN'S CON. FINALLY! SOMEONE WHO CALLS THEM ON IT! XDDDD

I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS, I DO LIKE ME SOME MAGIC TRICKS. AND SOME OF THE THINGS THIS EPISODE DID, WHILE SOME CLICHE (JAY DISAPPEARING WHEN THE CAMERA PANNED AROUND THE BOYS FOR EX.) IT WAS REALLY GOOD.

I WAS TOTES BANKING ON CHARLIE BEING THE ONE DOING IT, AND THEN HE "DIED" AND I WAS LIKE OMG IT'S THE OTHER GUY! THEN YOUNG!CHARLIE ENTERED THE SCENE AND I WAS JUST LIKE HOLYSHIT IT'S ALL IMMORTALITY SPELL AND OMG THEY TOTES TRICKED ME! NICE ONE, SPN.

TOUCHING ON THE SUBJECT OF THEM COMING TO THEIR ENDS - GROWING OLD OR DYING YOUNG, WHAT IS THEIR FATE? I HAVE META REGARDING THIS AND ALTHOUGH THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING DISCUSSION ON WHETHER OR NOT THE WINCHESTERS WILL LIVE THROUGH THEIR LIVES OR DIE SAVING THE WORLD, IT WAS IN FACT TALKED ABOUT IN THIS EPISODE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS A NICE BALANCE. ESPECIALLY WITH THE ENDING WITH SAM'S DECISION TO GO WITH RUBY TO "CUT OFF THE HEAD OF THE SNAKE", SO TO SPEAK.

SPEAKING OF - OKAY, WHILE I DO STILL KINDA LIKE RUBY DESPITE HER NOT BEING "MY" RUBY, I'M NOT ENTIRELY SURE OF HER MOTIVES. WHICH I'M SURE WE'LL LEARN SOON ENOUGH.

GOOD JOB ON BALANCING OUT THE BOYS IN THE EPISODE - JUST ENOUGH DEAN AND SAM SCENES FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY. SO ALL THOSE COMPLAINING THAT SAM DOESN'T GET "ENOUGH SCREENTIME" AND IT'S BECOMING "THE DEAN SHOW" OR WHATEVER ELSE BULLSHIT PEOPLE ARE SPEWING OUT, Y'ALL CAN SUCK IT! THE SHOW KNOWS WHAT IT'S DOING. SRSLY.

I FELT FOR THE OLD MAGICIAN GUYS, AND ALTHOUGH JAY FELT SO MUCH PAIN AFTERWARDS THE PARALLEL BETWEEN THE BOYS WAS THERE. SOMEWHAT BLATANTLY THERE, BUT NONETHELESS SAD.

SO. 34 SEALS HAVE NOW BEEN BROKEN. PART OF ME WANTS TO KNOW WHAT THESE SEALS HAD AND HOW THEY WERE LOST (AND WHETHER THIS IS STRENGTHENING HELL AS HEAVEN WEAKENS), AND ANOTHER PART JUST WANTS TO SEE THE ANGELS BATTLING FOR THE PROTECTION OF THESE SEALS. I MEAN SRSLY, WE NEED TO SEE SOME OF THESE BATTLES. IT'S WISHFUL THINKING ON MY PART I KNOW, BUT THAT'S LIKE EPIC. PERHAPS FOR THE FINAL SEAL WE'LL SEE HOW IT ALL WORKS OUT - IF, IN FACT, THEY PLAN ON SHOWING THAT BATTLE FULL-OUT WHEN THE TIME COMES. HEH. BUT YAY FOR MENTIONING THE MYTHARC THIS EP.

And yeah, you know, NOW the new Ruby bugs me even more. I mean, I didn't like it when she was too timid in the beginning, but now? I think she is trying to hard to be 'tough' to play it that way. *sigh* Alas, I may just miss Katie :P

I loved the parallels between the magicians and the boys, and even though I read the spoilers and the sides, I think that they played it well, if I hadn't read them, I would have been surprised ;)

And glad to know Sera wasn't pulling our chain. She said in an interview that the first ep or two back we would find out how many seals have been broken, and it would probably be a higher number than we thought. Bravo people!

And hey, did you read the interview with Sera? It isn't a spoiler in the explicit sense, but she said that Castiel will be back, and that he will be hanging out for a while :) She even suggested making a drinking game around him! Woot! I am so up for it!

CAPSLOCK BE FUN, Y/Y?

I miss Katie, too, even though she's doing well outside of SPN I miss her version of Ruby. IDK, I do give Genevieve some credit but I'm just not as invested with the character as I used to be (I think she would've been better as the "Kristy" kind of role we thought in the beginning of the season rather than Ruby, but oh well).

See, that is why I don't read spoilers. I like going for that surprise element. ;)

Though it begs the question, despite how many they've lost, how many Seals were successfully protected? That's what I wanna know.

OMG THAT IS GREAT! I haven't read the interview (again, avoiding most spoilers) though I knew he would return and sticking around. But perhaps this means we won't have to wait episodes at a time just to see our precious Castiel. :D :D GIMME MAH HAWT ANGEL NOW, DAMMIT!!!

Good point, but do they stay protected indefinitely? Like if the demons try, and are thwarted by the angels, does that like 'shut down' the seal? Or can they just wait and try it again? Like catch the Angels off guard be retrying one they didn't get before? Hmm
