Well, if there's anything you can count on with Supernatural is the mass destruction it leaves fandom. I don't want to talk about that premiere though, as I've already expressed my opinions and feelings about it so it's rather unnecessary to repeat all that's been said until I properly write my review. If I can get through it without ranting or snarking, that is. But I do have one particular thing to mention that apparently I missed from that night: Did Yellow-Eyes imply that Castiel was Dean's sugar daddy? Someone wrote out the exact quote he said when speaking to Dean, and here I'm thinking, of course YED would say something like that. That's who he is, lol. It made me realize how much I missed Fredric Lehne as the Yellow-Eyed Demon, actually.

Something just came to my realization that the episode Castiel will be returning in will be airing the weekend of Chicago Con, which starts on Friday. I don't know the schedule from the convention so I don't know what's going to happen, are they going to be live streaming the episode? Will the activities be rearranged so the fans can watch? Seriously, this is essential people. The majority of fans there will want to watch the new episode regardless so, I don't know what will happen. D:

But two more weeks until Chicon, yay! \o/

I've actually been rekindling my watching of V, since I just watched Morena's panel from Dragon*Con, and I feel kind of guilty that I started watching the show but kinda forgot about it. So I've been catching up on that because I feel like this is a show that many people should be watching but aren't even if it had gotten off on a rocky start, you know? Plus Morena Baccarin! Also catching up on Nikita too, watched more of Haven, and some other shows. I just want everyone to know that I am involved in other fandoms besides Supernatural. It seems like that's all I talk about these days (well, that and mostly Misha Collins too, obviously). But I'm not neglecting my other shows, in case anyone was wondering.

Anyone else excited for CAPRICA returning on the 5th? Frak yeah Cylons, y/y? ;p

ME TOO! He was so perfect in the role, and it doesn't matter how many incarnations the character will become, he's the one true YED for me, as well. Loved seeing him and I wouldn't mind seeing him again, hallucination/dream/nightmare/whatever.

Mmmm ~sugar~. My inner Dean/Cas-girl jumped with joy. The role made me adore Fredric Lehne and I'm not sure I can ever see him as anyone else. :'D

Yeah, it didn't even register what he said until I saw some others talking about it. And then I was like, "oooohh", lol. And then Dean mentioned Castiel again too after that. Dean/Castiel is canon, without a freaking doubt. ♥

He'll always be Yellow Eyes to me, he's so perfect in that role.

V is actually pretty good. It starts off a bit slow, but I heard towards the end of the first season is where it finally finds its own footing and I heard the finale was brilliant (esp for Morena, which she told extensively what the process she went through with her character that I found interesting). I think I kinda forgot to pick up watching it is because they went on a three month hiatus after only four episodes, but I'm gradually making my way through it and keeping that as an open mind. Liking what I am seeing so far.

I was like well at least Dean still has Cas on the brain. I really wish the camera work would have been different during the YED scene since it jarred me out of the acting at first. I love Fredric Lahne's portrayal.

It is sweet, and I'm glad out of everything we at least got that. It implies that Castiel has been on his mind during all that time, which I was afraid he wouldn't even be mentioned until his episode came along. I'm glad that he was. ♥

And that Castiel was mentioned a couple times in the premiere. That was a surprise, he was there in spirit of Dean's thoughts!

Yeah, the camerawork was bad with that, it felt very claustrophobic to me. I don't know if that was the intention, but it was just weird. But Fredric was amazing, as usual. I totally had forgotten how much I adored his YED. He's awesome.

I actually shrieked when YED suddenly appeared in Dean's face. I know he's there since Frederic's name is there but it still caught me by surprise. Aside from that, many things made me rage. At least they mentioned Cas. Stupid Cas, why did not you keep contact for a whole year? >:D

Holy cow, Caprica next week! I can't believe that it's almost here, and just last night, I watched the episode of Lie To Me with Sasha in it.

I honestly don't know myself, to be honest. I have my own theories based on the lack of anything given in the premiere itself, but something definitely is up and I'm unsure whether it's something that will make sense or if it's just more bullshit they're pulling out of their asses.

It was surprising, I'll admit. I did a little jump myself. Of course there was tension in that scene because we knew something was happening, we just didn't know what and then suddenly bam! Oh hey there, YED! lol Loved him though, I knew he was returning I just didn't think it would be that soon, it makes me wonder if he's going to come back again for another appearance.

I'm hoping that Castiel had been keeping tabs on Dean somewhat because he loves him. I will be pissed of Castiel knew about Sam returning but didn't tell Dean though. I've had enough of people intentionally lying to Dean and making him even more emotionally fucked up than he already is, kthx show. Of course Cas is probably busy with Heaven duties and whatnot, too much to handle at a time.

Oh, and yes Caprica! SO EXCITED! :D The preview for 1.5 looks to be amazing, I can't wait to see what they are gonna do.

I spent most of the episode confused as hell and trying to figure out why everyone was acting so strange and out of character, Dean especially. But I half expected Dean to call out to Castiel because if he won't answer to Sam, he would definitely answer to Dean without a doubt. He definitely needed someone who knows him inside and out, who trusts him and vice versa.

The third episode, just hang in there! *clings* I want Cas back already, and for epic TFW moments. Oh, and I feel you about that. I mean if there's an explanation why he couldn't, then I'll understand. But if he knew and didn't tell Dean after all this time then, idek.

You should! And I think it's better when you download it and watch all the episodes back to back, it makes the viewing experience go along more smoothly than if you were waiting every week for a new episode, you know what I mean? It's definitely entertaining and a great science fiction/drama show, imo.

Either that or something is up, and from the (minimal) things I've heard Castiel is gonna be handling something kind of separate so, perhaps whether he did know something was wrong he wouldn't know the specifics because of all the shit he has to deal with in Heaven. Because honestly I get the feeling that this is a cosmic thing, not just Winchester-related. So yeah.

Hee, I was surprised that Castiel was even mentioned in the episode despite not even being there. But to add the slashy subtext even for that moment? Color me stunned, in a pleasant kind of way. Now I'll be sorely disappointed if his and Castiel's reunion isn't as good. I WANT THERE TO BE FREAKING HUGS DAMMIT. RELIEVED FACIAL EXPRESSIONS. That he does. I'm worried that because Cas didn't respond to Sam that means Cas' a dick angel and doesn't care about Dean anymore. They really put the breaks on Dean and Cas' friendship in the second half of season five and Sera has already screwed up Dean characterization so I can easily see her doing the same to Cas just to create conflict. Sad to say after season five I've really lowered my expectations where Cas and Dean/Cas friendship are concerned.
