I need to share this with everyone, because this is just too much awesome right here:

++ First thing, this is Bridget Regan plays Kahlan Amnell on Legend of the Seeker, and she's all around adorable like whoa. This interview is promoting the finale that'll be airing this weekend so, if anyone who doesn't want to see the spoiler clips for that you can skip to 1:01m or 2:12m is when they cease showing clips from the last two episodes I believe.

++ What makes this interview made of awesome? Well, there's talk about FANDOM and FANFICTION, and Bridget admits that she LOVES THE FANFICTION for the show. Like, she's absolutely fully aware of it, the entire cast is actually, and they find it so amusing and entertaining that she even wishes that she could find the girl who wrote some gay Kahlan fanfic to write for the show. SHE WANTS TO FILM SCENES FROM THOSE FANFIC PEOPLE! <3 <3 <3 BRIDGET YOU ARE JUST ADORABLE AND ILU EVEN MORE NOW.

++ By the way, the girl of whom they are referring to is deej who is known for her Gay For Kahlan campaigning (*points to my icon*) along with her deliciously lulzy cracky recaps, which even Bridget says she reads and loves (as well as most the writing team on the show). I mean, this is something of awesomeness in and of itself, is it not? And also, for those newly recruited to the show and have caught up you need to read those recaps ASAP, they are so crackalicious you'll be dying with laughter. I think this is just amazing because while we, as a collective part of fandom, cringe whenever fans approach actors with questions regarding fanfiction and such esp during conventions and can be a slippery slope at times, it's a completely different situation when the actors/creators/writers come across it at their own accord and love it and have to mention it looking at you, Misha Collins. It's just knowing those boundaries and if they already know and praise it, then it's all good.

BRIDGET, YOU ARE BECOMING MY NEWEST FAVORITE PERSON. CAN WE SAY GIRLCRUSH? OH YES, I AM TOTES GIRLCRUSHING ON YOU. ♥

THEY ARE LOLARIOUS! XD I just reread one of them and I couldn't stop giggling. It's just amazing that the cast and crew get a kick out of the recaps, as well. THEY ALL LOVE THE CRACK, AND WANT TO FILM A PARODY VERSION OF THE SHOW DUE TO IT! XD

Oh Lord, I gave this show a try but for every episode I liked there were two that made me cringe. I made it to the temple episode in S1 with Ioalous in it *shows her age and geek!heritage*. Does it get better in S2?

To answer your question the second season definitely amps things up from where S1 started. But seriously though, I cannot recommend this show enough. What things didn't you like about it? Perhaps you should give it another shot.

It had the Dollhouse vibe from what I did see good to bad ratio was off. I come from the Xena/Hercules generation so I was also having kick backs at the beginning of the show to 'Xena did it better, OMG JOXER!?11!' too.

I liked the pilot, hated the second and third episode. Liked the one with Deanna and the little red haired kid. I love crack too ... *shifty eyes*

My spoilerphobe tendencies mean I have to watch in order I like my surprises in sync damn it.

Well, I think you're thinking about it too much. It's supposed to be a fun entertaining show, not something you take too seriously and if you just go with that, and not compare it to anything else, I think you'd enjoy it.

(me too, because you know they're just as tickled with the fan creations as we are. They're just so gracious and thankful for their entire fanbase, it's something I found myself adoring about the cast in general, heeee!)

I've joined the Seeker crack comm to get some enthusiasm and I am gonna give the end of first season a crack over summer. I want to see Cara in action rather badly so 'carrot' ;) .
