Never stop blowing up, baby!
Jul. 12th, 2024 05:50 pm++ Zhu Yilong has a new film coming out, Land of Broken Hearts, and while the trailer in itself is quite interesting the thing that I came out from it was how amazing he looks with blue hair.
++ I'm currently watching a brand new Dimension 20 series, Never Stop Blowing Up, which has three episodes uploaded so far, but it's been an absolute joy to watch. D20 shows never fail at making me laugh and be entertaining, and I knew instantly the moment the trailer dropped not too long ago that this was going to be absolutely wild. We're only three episodes in (out of ten) and it's just ridiculously funny. I love the concept, especially with getting isekai'd into an 80s action film VHS, the nonchalant exploration of gender and the hilarity with the chaotic shenanigans that ensue. My favorite character is Usha Roa, but they're all fantastic in their own ways, the characters and the players. I cannot wait to see what else this season has in store, because so far it's been an absolute riot and I need all the laughter I can get right now.
