Oct. 13th, 2009 05:36 pmI'm sure everyone's heard by now: FOX promises to air all 13 episodes of Dollhouse.
SHINY NEWS IS SHINY.
Not only does Preston Beckman have a great sense of humor about all of this, but he seems to understand the passionate dedication the Whedon fanbase has and the backlash it will cause if they canceled the show before its contracted run (the comment about still paying for the cancellation of TSCC made me lol). So this is amazing news to hear, and I'm really glad that FOX is actually giving Dollhouse these chances where they didn't before with Firefly.
Also, this thought-provoking article says that latest episode was "phenomenal", and gives examples and provides some meta at the new and interesting direction the show is taking and presenting on the screen as opposed to last season. It is quite fascinating to read.
