Dec. 3rd, 2007 04:09 pm1. Tin Man was great last night. I was actually surprised at how well-constructed the mythology was as a re-imagined version, and I have to say it works really well. Without giving much away from the first part of the mini-series, I have to say that all the actors were amazing, particularly Zooey Deschanel. There's also Callum Keith Rennie! So, yay.
2. It's the Heroes finale; technically speaking it's the end of the first half of the season, the conclusion to volume two, and it's all incredibly exciting but sad. Exciting because there's going to be SO much happening in this episode alone, but depressing because it is the last episode until the WGA strike ends which, judging from some statements from people involved, doesn't look to be anytime soon. Possibly it's not going to be by the end of this year, though it would be an amazing Christmas present if it did, so my best bets are somewhere between January and February. I'm still being optimistic over this, even when some are thinking neither side will come to an agreement with their offers, but I have hope. I know, hope doesn't always win in democracies though I am holding outfor a hero for a good outcome to happen.
3. OMG new frakking awesome BSG S4 promo! So I guess it's official that the season will start in March, not April. That's cool, still a long wait but it's worth it.
4. I'm tired, spent most of the day shopping and I'm wiped out. I'm excited and scared for the finale tonight, I know I'll be staying up reviewing and replying to responses for it which will totally screw up my sleeping schedule even more. *le sigh* And now I'm hungry and craving cookies....
ETA: Correction, not only am I exhausted from today but now I have a HEADACHE! Ugh.
