I've been hearing plenty of comments directed towards this Snakes on a Plane business and, due to my curiosity, I decided to check out the information and trailer for myself.

Oh. My. God.

Okay, this definitely has got to be a parody, because you cannot watch the freaking trailer without laughing at the hilariousness of the situation. Poisonous snakes on a plane? Seriously. This is like a bad SciFi Channel movie or something, plus they changed the name of the movie from Snakes on a Plane to the acronym SOAP --- just adding on to the ridiculousness of this entire thing, aren't they. Although I'm guessing they thought it would be good because Samuel L. Jackson is starring. Dude, that's just insulting the Samuel L. Jackson, which I think they should just change the title to SOAMFP (Snakes on a Motherfuckin' Plane). It doesn't necessarily mean it'll be any better, but dammit it does give it a cooler sounding ring to it.

This is just too hilariously bad to even pass off in the box office. It's one of those things where it sounds interesting in theory, however when filmed it looks horrifically absurd. Perhaps it should be a comedy? I don't know, but still it's pretty damn corny even for a comedy/parody.

Ahaha.. I'd heard about this movie, but that trailer was just.. special. xD
Were they even TRYING to make the snakes look real? Or the actors? lol

It's ridiculously corny...and I'm actually wondering what the reactions to it is going to be. That'll be something worthwhile, I'm betting.

And seriously, SOAP? They must've been smoking on some crack, and not the good kind....
