Fandom: Point Pleasant on DVD

Point Pleasant is coming to DVD! Which will contain all 13 episodes, including the 5 unaired episodes. This will conclude my DVD collections of cult-following series that FOX had ruthlessly cancelled after only a number of episodes (i.e. Firefly, Wonderfalls, Dark Angel and Tru Calling).

Watched VMars and LOST earlier this evening (both episodes I haven't seen) -- both still kickass shows, both are still being renewed for a second season starting this fall. Yay! ♥

But House is good! All snarky and bitter. Besides, I believe it's sticking around for quite a while -- critics seem to like the series. I highly doubt it'll cancel now. Depsite my ultimate loathing of FOX, House is wonderful.

Don't worry...I just started getting into the show AFTER its season finale; it's second season will start in September. Hopefully all goes well.

Plus, Hugh Laurie who plays Gregory House in the series just got nomminated for a Grammy for Best Actor in a Drama Series (http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=765&e=2&u=/nm/20050714/people_nm/television_emmys_laurie_dc)! :D
