Fanvid Friday: Gregory House (House M.D.)

My Comments: Since House M.D. has made a kind of fandom resurgence on Tumblr within the last two years, I wanted the share this fanvid which I first saw on Tumblr recently, centering entirely on the ridiculousness of Gregory House. It's incredibly well-made, the editing style that matches the beats of the song, the song itself which is very well suited, it's amazing. Someone in the YouTube comments pointed out that the vidder understood the assignment of making House fanvids, and they were correct. For all of the House/Wilson shippiness and some of the angst-ridden ones that exist out there, this is probably the most appropriate way of introducing someone to the absurdity of the show and of Gregory House in general. So, of course, I had to share it. Enjoy!

Ooh, excellent video! I have fond memories of watching the show with my mom.

I also saw that vid on Tumblr! It's incredibly well done and the timing/editing is impeccable. (It also is my personal favorite type of fan video, which is fast moving. So many fanvids just feel like a collection of clips to me.)

That is really well made! You're right that it's a great way to pull someone into the show.

I do love that vid, it is one of the few that I will actually watch all the way through when it comes past my dash, because there is always something new to spot, and both the music and the cutting of the vid work so well.
