Precisely, and the fact they made it so poignant with their scenes this episode alone, from just the way Castiel was acting towards Dean to his words to him the entire episode (the glaring, the bitchy!telekinetic door slam, etc). I hope there will be a continuation from what happened because Castiel really did just put everything on the line for him. Hell, it was even said that he didn't care if the plan of action he was taking was almost like suicide, he would do it. For Dean. And with their confrontation in the alleyway was anything to go by, I hope there's something in acknowledgment from Dean about it because, damn. Give that poor angel a bone or something, he deserves to know that everything he's doing isn't for nothing.

I really loved this episode because it lets us explore Castiel's emotions even more, all of which are consuming him at such a rapid rate. His disappointed and devastation about God, adding more of that disappointment and outrage at Dean and what he's just giving up. I don't blame him for getting all worked up and letting those frustrations out.

I loved it! It was exactly what SPN is at its best, morbid, funny, shocking, right and wrong - all at once.

Yeah, pretty much. It just added to how amazing the show can be sometimes with how particular scenes are shot and setup. The dialogue was just so hilarious.

I have no idea what to think about the light in Dean's eyes and him killing an angel.

Awww, lol don't worry bb. It's been giving me a whirlwind of headaches trying to understand the very concept myself. Like, I started having theories and I've been reading other people's theories on the subject, but quite frankly it's all in the fanwanking category at this point.
