The Untamed will be leaving Netflix on October 25th.
I'll admit to being slightly saddened by this, although given that it's been on the streaming service for at least four years it most likely their license expired which may be renewed in the near future if there is a high enough demand. The drama is still available on other platforms, such as YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Viki. I'm lucky enough to own the DVDs. In the meantime, if you have Netflix and want to watch/rewatch it before leaves the service now would be the perfect time to do so.

Maybe? Although, because I came to the drama after reading fic for some time, I had a whole lot of back story, which I don't think helped with getting through those episodes. There were some difficult moments.
