I'm still not sure how Reverie turned out so bad. I watched it until the end, hoping it would live up to its potential. It never did.
I hoped it would do more with Mara's trauma but even how that unravelled and how she eventually confronted her brother-in-law in the Reverie and the way she had distorted her own memories to make herself live with them better was pretty lacklustre. I don't know how that was possible with something that had such potential.
