I continue to be really impressed by Elementary! I'm usually not a big fan of crime procedurals (with a few exceptions like Castle or Hawaii 5-0) but here they do enough character stuff so I don't get bored at all. Sherlock and Watson are of course excellent and the heart of this show but I think they are also doing a really great job with Gregson and Bell. It's such a well rounded team and I like everyone :)
