I'm very intrigued now, because it did seem like Duchess wasn't really all that concerned about Jack being involved with Alice, and it would make for a great twist if they were both rebelling against the Queen. And yeah, we need to know who sent him the "RUN!" message (somehow the speculating part of me is thinking Alice's mother for some reason, idky).
