I definately want to see what happens with Victor. I'm thinking they might make him the new Dominic the way they made Whiskey the new Saunders. We already know the actor can mimic that character perfectly and it'd be a way of keeping Dominic's skills without keeping him:).
I'd LOVE to see more Paul/Boyd. They make an awesome team and both have plenty of reasons to work to take down the Dollhouse from the inside.
I NEED to see what happens with Madeline. I highly doubt Miracle wouldn't return IF we get a 2nd season. There's so much potential there to see what happens when a doll returns to her old life. Is it even possible? Was Adelle sincere in releasing her or does she can to contiue to use 'sleeper November' right under Paul's nose?
I want Miracle and Amy to become regulars with Alan popping in and out as Alpha at the most unpredictable moments:).
