Ah, I see. Very true, he would not kill in cold-blood or for no reason at all. That's something HRG would do, and has done several times. Which is why I'm puzzled as why everyone is up-in-arms over what Mohinder did as opposed to what HRG does all the time (something I directly point out in my Mohinder essay which you should check out when you have the time).

I'm assuming her abilities were there before testing, just dormat like everyone else with powers. Though she did say to Peter that growing up she burnt down a house or something, so I'm assuming they either encouraged her powers to grow or they watched and waited until she was fully activated to start breeding her as their own executioner. Either way, she was abused and lied to and brought up doing what she does, which makes sense with her girlish/childish behavior, never leading a normal life and such. Which, in a way, is kind of sad.

It's amazing how there are many parallels between characters in this show; Mohinder and Bennet, Elle and Claire, Peter and Sylar. Awesome.
